Custom Garments

Nathalie Loma specializes in custom-made garments. All custom orders require:

• Accurate measurements provided by the customer
• Consultation and fitting appointments
• Non-refundable deposit upon order confirmation
• Final payment before delivery

Ready-to-Wear Items

Ready-to-wear items are subject to availability and may be limited in quantity. All prices are subject to change without notice.

Appointments

Consultation and fitting appointments are required for custom garments. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

Pricing: All prices are listed in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling fees.

Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on our website.

Deposits: Custom orders require a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order value upon confirmation.

Final Payment: Remaining balance is due before delivery of the completed garment.

Taxes: Applicable sales tax will be added to all orders based on your shipping address.

Custom Garments: Production time varies based on complexity and current workload. Estimated delivery dates will be provided upon order confirmation.

Ready-to-Wear: Items are typically shipped within 3-5 business days of order confirmation.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and shipping method selected.

Delivery: We are not responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, carrier delays, or customs issues.

The materials on Nathalie Loma's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Nathalie Loma makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
